Tags
Tags are labels created within AI Studio using either the user interface (UI) or the appropriate API endpoint. Tags can be assigned to conversations or chats to support efficient organization and management.
Tags can also be used as filter criteria in the List contacts endpoint, enabling targeted retrieval of contacts based on specific tag values.
